Frequently Asked Questions
What skill levels do you serve?
We teach from foundational boarding to advanced Level 5 and complex assemblies. Each course states its level and prerequisites so you can enroll confidently.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes. On successful completion and assessment, you receive a Huntelio Atelier Certificate of Mastery for the relevant discipline. This is not a governmental license but is recognized by many builders and subs.
How do live cohorts work?
Live Cohorts run 3–6 weeks, with weekly workshops and assignments. Sessions are recorded for members who cannot attend live. Cohorts emphasize feedback and peer review.
Can you train our entire crew?
Yes. We offer enterprise access and private cohorts. We can tailor modules to your specifications and site constraints. Contact us to plan a sensible rollout.
Do courses include manufacturer-specific details?
We teach principles that generalize, then reference manufacturer literature for precise details when compliance matters—especially for fire-rated and acoustic systems.
What is your refund policy?
If a course does not match its published scope and you notify us within 7 days of purchase (before earning the certificate), we will honor a good-faith refund.
How do I prepare for a Masterclass?
Complete the prerequisite tracks and review the prework package. Masterclasses assume field familiarity and leadership intentions.
What support is available during mentorship?
Your mentor provides scheduled calls, asynchronous reviews, and site visit options when appropriate. We set boundaries that respect safety and contractual roles.
